Do you like to read in your free time? Are you always searching for a new book, but can’t ever come across a title that sparks your interest? Consider joining Cavaliers Read Book Club where a new book is assigned each month. Everyone is welcome. Visit the library, and ask Mrs. Dillard or Mrs. Nelson what book their club is currently reading, and if it interest you, check it out. Usually, the librarians have plenty of copies of the book members choose for their next read. Mrs. Nelson or Mrs. Dillard will send out a remind, allowing club members to vote on which book they should read next. So far, The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, Some Boys, and Maus: A Survivor’s Tale one and two have been chosen. Currently, Cavalier Read members are reading All American Boys. Stop by the library to check it out, and join them in their next meeting held during all three lunches. Furthermore, a cord can be earned through the club by attending meetings and volunteering in the library.
