On December 18th, Disney is releasing the seventh movie in the Star Wars series, Star Wars: Episode VII, the Force Awakens.

The movie will feature six new characters to the series. Three of the new characters in the movie will be members of the First Order. The characters are played by Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), Andy Serkis (Supreme Leader), and Gwendoline Christie (Captain Phasma). Driver’s character, Kylo Ren, will be the new Sith Lord in the Star Wars universe. Serkis’s character, the Supreme Leader, will be the new version of the emperor. Finally, Christie’s character, Captain Phasma, will be Kylo Ren’s captain of his First Order storm trooper army.

A former Dorman student, Lexi Lorenz, said that the movie will blow your mind.

The new Star Wars movie will be a good movie to go see if you are a fan of the former Star Wars movies. The new movie will be directed by J.J. Abrams, the creator of Star Trek. Disney bought the Star Wars franchise from Lucas Arts on October 30, 2012.
